Selling in the Coronavirus(COVID-19) Era

There is no doubt that the Coronavirus (Covid-19) has and
will continue to effect businesses around the world. It has
forced everyone, individuals and businesses alike to change
how we operate and interact with their friends, family and
clients.
Unfortunately some businesses have been forced to cease
operations entirely and may not ever re-open.
For the most part, the automotive industry has been classified
as an “essential business” and thus been allowed to continue
to operate. Regardless of how our industry is classified, the
bigger question is how do we operate and what changes must
we make to be able to provide a safe environment for our
associates and our clients while we continue our sales and
service operations.

The automotive industry is one of the most resilient industries in our country. Automotive dealers have dealt with many natural and financial disasters in the past and done so without the luxury of government bailouts. Month in and month out dealers have to balance their books and make it happen and dealing with this Coronavirus will be no different.




We know most dealers follow similar steps when selling or servicing their clients. it is how we deliver the experience is what will need to change to continue to do business in this “Contact Free” environment.
