Why Simply Smart Training?
Simply Smart Training was founded on decades of training and process improvement experience. We have worked for and consulted with hundreds of dealers as well as some of the largest automotive groups in the country.

This provided us with exposure to hundreds of stores and their approaches to doing business. What we discovered was the vast majority of store's processes from the initial greeting to delivery were very similar.
The most consistent and successful stores did not have a secret step or magic pill, but simply embraced the development of their people and focused on how to deliver a consistent customer experience that set them a part from the competition.
Call it the store's culture, attitude, personality or just having a common vision, this serves as the foundation and everything and everyone in the store is built around it.
